The warehouse, the erasure bench and the Apple reseller counter are all in Abuja. Delivery and collection run across Nigeria, and the record is the same wherever the device started.
Abuja
The base of operations, at Emab Plaza in Wuse 2. Sourcing, configuration and enrolment, intake, inspection, cleaning, grading, data erasure and warehousing all happen here, which is the reason the chain of custody has so few gaps in it: for most devices there is exactly one hand-over between the shelf and the employee, in each direction.
Nigeria
Deliveries and collections run nationwide — Lagos, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, Enugu and anywhere else a courier reaches. Each leg is recorded like any other step, with the carrier and the tracking number on the device record.
West Africa and the wider continent
Cross-border work is handled case by case, because the honest answer depends on the corridor: customs treatment of IT equipment differs a great deal between countries, and quoting a single continental rate would be a number invented for a website. Ask about a specific country and you will get a specific answer.
